Did you face the same issue in the previous build?
Are you able to turn on the Bluetooth device?
Is there any other pending updates?
Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app?
Same, When I try and add a device nothing happens.
Check your device's manufacturer website and download and install the Bluetooth driver.
I've checked my Intel Bluetooth driver and it is already installed.
Make sure report this issue using the Feedback Hub app.
Is there any error when you attempt to run the Bluetooth?
Since when this problem started?

Same has happened to be. Just installed 23H2 and can't see any Bluetooth devices.

BT radio does show up and Device Manager says the driver is installed.

Worked fine in 232H2.

Will see if KB5031455 fixes it and report back.

*Edit*

Under bluetooth and Devices. Selecting Devices and then scrolling down to discovery of bluetooth devices. Try selecting Advanced and do a scan. Mine was set to Standard and didn't show any devices.

Have you tried downloading the driver from the device's manufacturer website?

I have the same issue.  Bluetooth was working fine.  I typicaly used it with the myphone app.  Now the adapter does not even appear.  The Intel AC9560 is still there, but no bluetooth.  I tried the latest drivers from the HP site, as well from Intel.  No luck.  PC is an HP Prodesk G5 mini on windows 11 ver 23H2

Has anybody got this to work with 23H2 ?

@DaveR1310 , slept, woke up, went into the laptop and didn’t see it anymore Bluetooth... No reinstalling drivers, not any other driver, nothing helps at all, absolutely.. and then update 23h2:) after this problem

Bluetooth appeared, backlight stopped working 😪

@DaveR1310

I have the same issues lately after the upgrade of Win11 23H2, but this is my temporary fix for now so that I am able to send/received files from other bluetooth device.

1. You have to run manually fsquirt.exe

2. To do this, go to C:\Windows\System32 and find fsquirt.exe

3. Copy it and put it on your desktop.

4. Now, run/open it and then you will able to send/receive files via bluetooth.

5. Enjoy! 🙂

I am trying to connect to my cell phone via bluetooth for desktop control of my cell phone. Thanks for the hint for file transfers but this does not solve my issue.
If you uninstall the update and restart the PC, does it fix the issue?

@Reza_Ameri  I have tried to download new bluetooth drives form HP website but there are no drives available for windows 11 | 23h2 64 bits.

Is there any update available for Windows 10?
If yes, try install the driver for Windows 10 on Windows 11 and see if it works?
https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-fix-it-when-windows-11-bluetooth-is-not-working-5191455 Now as for Phone App what I ended up doing was clicking on the Bluetooth Icon on the Taskbar and then clicking on Add A Bluetooth Device to get it to work.
