17025.1000: Checkboxes are not displayed in 'Windows Installer' based programs

Dear all,

Windows (64) Pro 1709, Build 17025.1000, doesn't display checkboxes of 'Windows Installer' based programs. They are not visible. Checkboxes within the Windows Explorer are displayed properly.

Maybe 17025.1000 doesn't handle .NET or common libraries correctly, which are responsible for checkboxes. Three screenshows of the DVBViewer Pro installation software (setup) are attached.

Upgrade to 17040 or 17074.1000.
