11 Pro 26090 lost admin privileges

Updated to 11 pro 26090 few days ago and now i cannot log in to my admin accounts! Im basically locked in i cant go back to the main previous version nor reset the upload! Im told by the support agent that the only way to fix this issue is by deleting the entire window and installing it again ! Im hoping that the new update will soon come out so I can get out if this mess! Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated

I tried everything possible from that link but nothing worked! one thing i noticed was that on the regedit my system still show windows 10 but in the settings 11 pro!!
