The Private Cloud Simulator package contains the PCSFiles.VHD to be used for Private Cloud Simulator testing of Network Adapter products for Windows Server 2022 Certification, for Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) Additional Qualification (AQ) testing of selected network adapters, and Azure Stack HCI 21H2 validation testing.

The package contains dotNet 3.5 for Windows, "microsoft-windows-netfx3-ondemand-package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~.cab" if you do not have access to the Windows Server 2022 install ISO image (which already contains this file)
The package must be applied to an installed and working HLK environment for Windows Server 2022 testing.
