Edge keeps reclaiming PDF file association

Why does Edge keep reclaiming the PDF file association from Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?  It happens right after Acrobat Reader is installed (as part of the task sequence).  I can manually change it back to Acrobat Reader, but whenever an update to Acrobat Reader is installed, Edge reclaims the file association again.

I would recommend posting that as feedback on the feedback hub.

I'm not aware of a specific issue, but there are various reasons for this happening. Usually, this behavior is seen when an application tries to set file assoc. and it fails (we default back to Edge).
