Autopatch will support the Semi-Annual Channel and Monthly channel of O365 Updates.

Currently, Autopatch requires devices to be on the Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise Monthly Enterprise Channel (MEC). Further information can be found here Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - Windows Deployment | Microsoft Docs.
