Hi,

Please advice whether Windows Admin Center Utility is free and available as default in Windows Server 2019, 2016 and Win10 1709 and later versions.

Please Suggest, Whether WAC is available along with Windows Server Operating System package and Windows 10 Operating System package.

or need to download WAC free utility separately once Windows Operating System is deployed in Win10 and Windows Server.

Windows Admin Center has no additional cost beyond Windows. You can use Windows Admin Center (available as a separate download) with valid licenses of Windows Server or Windows 10 at no additional cost - it’s licensed under a Windows Supplemental EULA.
