WAC Connection Issues Windows 10v1803

I am attempting to install and test WAC.  I have installed WAC version 1809 on my Windows 10 v1803.


When I attempt to connect to the url applied by the install (https://localhost:6516/) I get the error messages outlined below.



This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics


MS Edge:

Can’t connect securely to this page
This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.


Any help to get me started would be appreciated.

Thanks for finding that but still no luck once I made the change in either Edge or Chrome.

Any ideas on next steps?  

Try re-installing the application, keep https://localhost:6516/ in trusted site and security level upto low.

I also have the same issue. Running Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 (17763.55). I installed (and re-installed) Windows Admin Center 1809 (1.1.26146.0), but I cannot view the localhost site. In Chrome 70.0.3538.67 or Edge 44.17763.1.0, I get the page cannot be displayed if visiting https://localhost:6516.


I've rebooted and re-installed with no luck. I also tried the registry fix mentioned by Roberth. Nothing has worked. This was the first I found anyone else having this problem. I'm really hoping someone has a fix. Thanks.
