Vertical scrolling not working in remote desktop

Hi all! I've had an issue since version 1709(or thereabouts), that when I'm using remote desktop or vm connection through the in-browser rdp utility in wac I am unable to scroll up or down with the mouse wheel. I'm currently on the latest preview build of 1812. Is this not implemented yet or is there something i need to change or enable for the scrolling? It's not a huge issue, but if there's a way to utilize it it would be nice

@Deleted Please try the most recent preview, v1902.

I don't have a deployment of 1812 handy anymore but I just tried in 1902, and the scroll wheel on my mouse worked in the WAC RDP session. I tested using a file explorer window in the C:\Windows folder.
