Storage Migration service not migrating source IP address

We are having a issue that our Storage Migration Service is not migrating the source IP to the destination.  We have selected to transfer all the internet setting and all adapters to the destination, but for whatever reason, the IP address on the destination never changes.  The source PC is a windows 2008 R2 box and the destination is Windows 2019 DataCenter.
