One of the particular user is not able to open the office files(Excel, Word & PPT) from network drive. They getting error as "Sorry, we couldn't open \\network drive" but same time if I copy the file to desktop its working fine. I have reset the user profile but no luck.
Hi, The first thing that comes to mind is does the user have the right permissions. Can you look at the effective permissions of that file for that user? Can you create a new sample file in the same location and see if the user can open it?
