Honolulu Still Listening on 443

I installed Honolulu on port 443 on a server that has an existing website on IIS using port 443 using a wildcard certificate. This broke that website so I uninstalled Honolulu and restarted the server but it still appears to be holding 443 as the existing website won't pull up on 443. I've changed the bindings and it works on something else, but not on 443. I'm seeing this error:

Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

Any ideas?

I had to manually delete the registry keys for port 443 from: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP\Parameters\UrlAclInfo Looks like when it uninstalls it doesn't clean up after itself.
