Windows Server 2019 (French) with Windows Admin Center 1909 Version 1.1.1809.17002.
The PowerShell Tool doesn't work due do wrong/bad localization (french).
When entering PowerShell it launches "Enter-SmePSSession" with a parameter 'Nom d'utilisateur' and the quote before utilisateur messes the script. if you change 'Nom d'utilisateur' by 'Nom d utilisateur' it works.
the dll impacted is Microsoft.ManagementExperience.Ressources.dll in fr-fr directory.
Also when connecting to remote Windows 10 PC on the general view I get RemoteException The extrinsic Method could not be executed.
