2019 Windows server 1809 Hyper-V Cluster
if a VM is under roles in cluster the performance data and vhd location doesn't show up.
If 2016 windows Hyper-V cluster then the data is there.
If the VM is not in a Cluster Role then data shows up.
Can replicate the problem in a lab, tried to turn fw off and user domain admin, so not fw problem or access rights.
Admin Center 1904.1 and 1910 same issue
