unable to install wireshare in windows server 2012 r2

Hi all,

while installing wireshark-3.2.1 at Npcap setup it was failed ,

i tired some many times with different steps as mentioned below ,

step1: when it failed to install , i uninstalled the application with loop back adapter and i installed different  version of wireshark again it failed.

step2: Then i installed Npcap first then wirehark , again failed at npcap .

step3: again in installed npcap beta version then wirehark again failed.

kindly advice me how to resolve this?? please find error screensh
