After trying AVD with deployment failures, We opted for W365. I signed up for two trial licenses: one W365 Business with Hybrid Benefit and the other one W365 Business. I assigned them to two users. The issue is that only one user sees both licenses, the other user does not see any license. Even when I unassign the license from the user who can see both licenses and assign both licenses to the other user who couldn't see any, this user still does not see a license.
Any assistance will be appreciated as there's nothing else to troubleshoot.
