Windows 365 Cloud PC / Windows 10 and WSL 2 Ubuntu

Hello,

Trying to install WSL 2 with Ubuntu 20 on my Windows 365 Cloud PC always results in the error message:

"Installing, this may take a few minutes... WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80370102

Error: 0x80370102 The virtual machine could not be started because a required feature is not installed."

I tried the install both with wsl --install as well with the manual steps https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install.

I have the same issue.
When running wsl -l -v, it show no installed distributions.

Obviously, it will not work.

I spoke to a Microsoft support engineer:
WSL 2 (and Ubuntu) isn't supported with Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
