Hello, i have several customer tenants, who purchased Windows 365 Business production SKU's / subscriptions and assigned those to users.
However, all of them have the same issue:
Microsoft support ticket , there is no option for "Windows 365" product, and by selecting "Other", they do not know, which support team / email alias is handling those.
The issue is like 5 days, and reset vm, does not help.
Any idea / expirience?

Yeah, multiple support tickets opened, and the support personel does not know which support team is it and who to forward ticket, finally I have found out internal team name - "Cloud PC Support" but still no resource from them to reply to my email ticket, even if we are paying Advanced support, with SLA 1 hour, it passed days.
Regarding the link, it is not related, since it states, "These steps assume you are not using Microsoft Intune" , but we are using Intune ...
Also, Service health is showing Healthy for Windows 365.
So still waiting for the support ticket to be answered by correct team..
Multiple customers/tenants with same issue..
