Why unable to do nslookup on windows365 cloudpc also zscaler default instead on cloudpc does zscaler cause the issue?

Zscaler by default will not be able to enable nslookup on their ZPA profile
Our environment is a Hybrid solution (On-prem/Azure)
In our Zscaler environment, we have policies in place which disables/enables features
I do not have access on the backend with zscaler
