I'm having an issue whereby the office suite is disappearing for users in W365 Enterprise.
128 GB Storage
If I set the image to the W10 + Microsoft Apps the apps do not show, regardless of how long I wait.
If I set the image to the W11 + Microsoft Apps the apps do not show, regardless of how long I wait.
If I set the image to the W10 + OS Optimization & use a policy to deploy M365 apps, they deploy and then they disappear after about 5 minutes
If I use the image with the Microsoft Apps pre-installed and apply the M365 apps, they again deploy and disappear after 5 minutes
I've tested the M365 deployment policy using both uninstall previous version and do not uninstall previous version but this doesn't appear to help.
Has anyone come across this issue and if so how did you resolve?
