Help on how to build a custom image with Trusted Launch

I am trying to built a custom image with Trusted Launch following the requirements listed here

After getting the generalized image ready I cannot add it to Windows 365, it is not even listed. To built the base VM I selected a VM image compatible with Trusted Launch and after that when over the process of deleting the temporary partition etc.

Am I missing something here?

Add or delete custom device images

Yes, I followed those steps. With the difference that when creating the image I don't have the option of creating a standalone managed image and the only option is to share the image on gallery. It looks like it cannot create a regular image (not shared) for the VM with Trusted Launch. This is only a guess.
