Just got my WIndows365 Cloud PC up and running.
I don't seem to be able to download all my email (slider is greyed out)

SolutionPlease go to the following registry location - and set the enabled and syncwindowsetting to 0.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\cached mode

Hello,
I have tried to do these steps however I do not have the cache option available. Is there any other resolution?
