Exchange Account Settings greyed out

Just got my WIndows365 Cloud PC up and running.

I don't seem to be able to download all my email (slider is greyed out)

Please go to the following registry location - and set the enabled and syncwindowsetting to 0. 

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\cached mode

Is this also easily changeable via Endpoint manager via a configuration profile?
This would be the proper way to change this. But Microsoft always wanting to make things difficult.
Probably just them want as little on the VM server as possible. But what do I know.
This kind of only half works as it completely disables cached exchange mode. Giving no option to change the length of cached exchange mode. As the ability to move the slider would be better than completely off or on.
