While I think Window 365 is a cool concept, but I find that the information is unspecified, such as, can a user use third party apps on the system?

@Computingaway - If it helps, you can treat this just like a physical PC (except that it's deployed, managed, and lives in the cloud). So yes, you can install 3P apps, either as the user or by pushing it through a management provider, like Microsoft Intune.
