Cannot connect to windows 365

I cannot connect.. can anyone help?

Try use different device and see if the problem persist?
Check with your system administrator and see if you have sufficient permission and make sure your account is active.
I am the administrator.. I’ve tried for Mac and from phone and iPad

@Joeyvega - And you have the Windows 365 Business offering? Was the user account created in the Azure Active Directory tenant, or is it a "guest"/invited account?
