I have a Razer Blackshark V2 BT headset, and it comes with 2 operating modes. In Razer's Hyperspeed wireless, with included USB dongle, everything works fine. It sounds good and I am able to use the microphone. However, when I use bluetooth mode, Windows recognizes my device as a "headset" instead of "headphones," causing the sound to change and become much worse. I know about disabling "handsfree telephony" in device manager to disable the microphone, which reverts the sound, but I need to use the mic. How do I fool Windows into giving me the proper "headphones" sound without disabling the microphone? I have already disabled sound enhancements, reconnected the device, updated drivers, and restarted my computer.
