I just wanted to post this here for anyone having the same issue unable to work out a fix, I was having an issue with Windows Security - it would sometimes run smooth all green ticks, then sometimes it would come up unknown and sometimes it would not open....
now I had tried a few main things alot of people try to reset windows security
- going into add and remove programs, go down to windows security -advanced options and clicking repair and reset...
- click start menu - type "command prompt" - click on run as administrator then type the following commands to windows image

sfc/scannow
chkdsk /r /f
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

nothing seemed to work, until I have realized the issue was caused by my TPM must of been corrupt. I had to reset my key the easiest way was pressing windows key + S then type "tpm.msc" then click on the top result most relevent, once it loads up click on "actions" and select "clear TPM" - it will reboot after it is done, when it reboots I loaded into bios and reset it there also, you will have to google your own motherboard on how to do this as everyone's is different and hopefully this fixes the issue as it did for me....
