Windows not working after resetting the PC

Hi,

I did reset my windows on PC and downloaded the recommended software. But it is not working now. it is stuck at the home page.

If the reset was successful, I would say it should work well. What is not working and what is stuck at home page?. Attaching screenshots will surely help.
