Hello @nguptafjc, you can create a new update ring profile opening the Admin Center / Devices / Update Rings for Windows 10 and later / Create a Profile and then select the proper Servicing Channel and Defer period for Quality and Feature update.
In my case I'm still using Windows Insider Slow ring that put me in a Beta Channel, but as we already have the final release I guess you can update by using the Semi-annual channel and just set Quality/Feature defer period to something less then 15.
