Windows 11 Update Continuously Reverts Intel GPU Drivers

Copper Contributor

I am experiencing a persistent issue where the Windows 11 (23H2, Home Edition) update continuously reverts my Intel GPU drivers. Despite trying various solutions, nothing has worked. Since I am using the Home Edition of Windows 11, I don't have access to Group Policy Editor (gpedit) to disable driver updates through Windows updates. Is there any way to stop this ongoing problem, which has been around for years? Microsoft still hasn't provided an option to block these updates.

Even after performing a clean installation as recommended by Intel, the next reboot triggers Windows update to roll back the drivers again. Why is Microsoft so incapable of resolving this issue?
