Windows 11 treats sound device as display

I'm running Windows 11 on my NUC11 (Phantom Canyon). My Samsung Odyssey G) is connected via DP with 5120x1440 resolution. For sound, I connected a sound bar via HDMI. No problems with this setup so far. But today I came across an reproducible issue when restarting the system using "shutdown /r". It took more than 15 minutes for Windows to restart, The root cause for this is that Windows thinks the sound device is a monitor. It then sends the login screen to the sound device which is not very helpful. Defining the Samsung as the primary display did not help, deactivating the secondary "display" just turned the sound off.

Any idea, how to tell Windows that the sound device is sound-only, no display?
