Windows 11 LAN losing POP3 connectivity

Hello,

 

Perhaps two months ago I started getting an issue with my Outlook. Any attempt to refresh my email eventually resulted in it timing out, saying "the connection to the server was interrupted". Any other network activity is fine, both web and internet speed test. Simply disabling and re-enabling my WiFi fixes it easily but I am having to do this at least every day if not every time I refresh my email.

 

Any ideas?
