I have been encountering a persistent problem for quite some time now, lasting for over 5 months (can you believe it?). The issue I'm facing is that whenever I try to download something, it gets stuck at 0% and just remains there without progressing any further. To address this, I have attempted various troubleshooting methods recommended in online tutorials, like resetting the Windows update/installer using command prompt, basic troubleshooting techniques, and refreshing network settings.
I would be extremely grateful for any assistance in resolving this issue promptly, as updating my Windows is crucial to address some ongoing problems with my GPU.
