Windows 11 File Explorer does not show year 9999 or year 1601 in the column

Good day,

I have found a problem in Windows 11 File Explorer, it does not show in the column (Date modified, Date created, Date accessed) the year 1601 or year 9999. Winfile has no problems. https://github.com/microsoft/winfile

Can one of you test if this is also the problem on your side? I use NTFS as file system.
The .zip file must be extracted with 7-Zip because Windows 11 File Explorer internal zip function cannot set the timestamps (year 1601 and year 9999) correctly.

7-Zip shows the year 1601 and year 9999 inside the .zip file.

I have discovered these problems for the Windows 11 File Explorer developers.

- Windows 11 File Explorer does not show the year 1601 and 9999 in the column

- Windows 11 File Explorer internal zip function cannot compress a file with the year 1601 or 9999, an error message appears: File not found or no read permission.

- Windows 11 File Explorer internal zip function stores only Date modified. Date created and Date accessed are not stored.

I don't think we'll be using Windows 11 in the year 9999 ;-).
