Windows 11 desktop icons not functioning

Strangely the desktop icons now take full width of the screen as a tile. Somehow this blocks any positioning of the icons. They all collide in the top center of the screen. See attached video.

Using build 10.0.22000

Checked Windows Update for any pending updates

Are you using insider build?
Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Try performing a Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?
