Windows 11 choppy animations when connecting 2nd monitor to dGPU in dGPU only mode.

Go mode with dGPU only, connect external monitor to dGPU direct port (not via iGPU), keep both laptop monitor and external monitor ON, this mode seems as it would give some animation stutter, especially when you maximize an app/window for first time when you didnt touch it awhile,, as long as internalmonitor is ON together with extended monitor, NOW ... go ahead turn off internal monitor, keep only external monitor ON, this would make animations on external monitor super smooth, either Nvidia or Microsoft or both -- gotta fix it.

Specs:
Intel 12700H / RTX 3080 / MUX(OPTIMUS Enabled) with HDMI goes directly to dGPU and TB4 goes via iGPU. Windows 11 22H2. Issue seems to be impacting both newest and older nvidia drivers.

Looks as I almost mitigated the issue with dGPU and both ext and internal montor ON, and barely to no animation issues now, I added DWM under Nvidia panel for custom profile, and created for it custom profile there, then restarted DWM service, for now much better.

NOT 100% mitigation but MUCH better.
