windows 11 build 22509

Hey so I have a problem updating my win 11 to 22509 it's not showing up in the setting and I tried everything nothing work can anyone help?

Try upgrading to build 22579 using ISO file.

Latest build is 22581, you should then try updating via Windows Update.
