Windows 11 bug with Ctrl+Tab in submenus

In windows explorer, the ribbon has been slightly condensed.

 

If you select the 3 dots at the top and select folder options, and you press tab on the keyboard, you are unable to exit the Folder options. The workaround is if you start taskmanager, end explorer.exe and run explorer.exe again.
