When I try to drag and drop from one window to another, suppose from file explorer to chrome or a separate browser window that is minimized in the taskbar, so when I drag the file and hover on top of the minimized icon on the taskbar, that window doesn't open up that prevents me from completing the drag and drop, So now I have to split the windows and then drag and drop. This was not broken in windows 10.
