Last September I bought an HP Envy x360 Convertible laptop (AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz with 12GB of RAM). It came with Win 10. But when I was offered the upgrade to Windows 11, I took it. I now have Windows 11 with version 21H2 and Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.493.0.
Everything has been great except for the facial recognition. When I look for the drivers to update them back to the original drivers I find am left with a general driver. I get the message that a compatible camera is not available. I have tried to revert back to windows 10 but 11 would not allow the roll back. I am able to open the camera app and use the camera separately but not with Hello Face.
How can I get this function to work properly again now that I have Windows 11?
