Windows 11 administrator issue

I noticed I wasn't able to use my computer speakers. (Wouldn't come off mute). tried to open device manager and got the message ' Device manager blocked by administrator. I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR.

Used this to unlock administrator account and accessed it but hasnt helped audio

net user administrator /active:yes

What is the point of having an admin account hidden in the background. Tried updating the drivers after getting into device manager through backdoors but no luck.

Try open start and search for cmd or Command prompt and right click and run it as administrator and check if it works?
