windows 10 wont upgrade to windows 11

whenever i go to upgrade to windows 11 through my settings it starts a restart and aplies the update and the spinning loading circle changes to the windows 11 one but then it says reverting changes and starts my computer in windows 10 like nothing happened. ive tried to do this multiple times and the result is the same every time, i dont know whats wrong the settings says my computer should be able to upgrade but

Is your device compatible with Windows 11?
Are you trying to upgrade from Windows Update?
Are there any pending updates in your Windows?

@Laserhorse Do you happen to have Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC) implemented? I have found during some testing over recent days that I can pretty reliably kill Windows 11 with WDAC. This includes an upgrade from a Windows 10 build which is running perfectly fine with WDAC in place.

You need to check with PC Health Check app, if your system is compatible for Windows 11.

If it is compatible, you can try upgrade via ISO file.
