Windows 10 LTSC replacing 1809

Using LTSC 1809, when is the next LTSC for Windows 10 coming out ? Did Microsoft anticipate a release now that there's Windows 11 ? Are LTSC customers expecting something that won't happen ? Is Windows 11 LTSC on the horizon ?
