Window 11 always random hang after Security Intelligence Update

Since about March until now, My window 11 always have random hang- the computer freezes and can't do anything with the mouse and keyboard, I have to shut down with the hard key on the PC
After checking, I found that crashes often occur when Security Intelligence Update.
The hang will also always happen after I play Call Of duty game. After exiting the game and returning to the desktop, the machine will also hang, very annoyed.
Any solution for this problem?

My window:

- Edition Windows 11 Pro
- Version 22H2
- Installed on ‎4/‎7/‎2023
- OS build 22621.1992
- Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22644.1000.0 

My PC:

- Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K 3.40 GHz
- Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
- System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I'm not sure but maybe it's better, I've been using it for a week and haven't had any crashes.
The solution is to reset the main BIOS. Depending on the company's main, there will be different reset methods, please search for how to reset your main on google. Hope can help you.

Same here! My monitor looks exactly the same. BIOS reset did not help. Any solutions?
