Win 11 22H2 - Restart required 0x800706ba

We try to update Win 11 to 22H2.
Windows shows "restart required" but after clicking the button, the error "0x800706ba" appears.
Windows troubleshooter doesn't fix it
Laptop is Lenovo X1 Yoga Gen4.

@K_E I have exactly the same issue, Dell XPS

Try running the installer from the ISO Manually and the install wizard just freezes.

Any ideas?

Clearing the SoftwareDistribution folder doesn't fix the issue nor does resetting the Windows update Components
