Where did these thing go to from wifi settings?

There are in the group of icons wifi, volume and battery just click there.

It is located at the bottom right of taskbar, where you can see the WiFi setting icon.

The screenshot you shared is the data option at the task bar. Move to the left side and you will see the WiFi settings icon.

Right click the task manager and you can see the setting options for customization.
