Solution

@Neil_Imrie same issue here.

I tried both the beta and release preview channels for the 22H2 update. No luck in both cases.

Windows 11 is running on a dell XPS 17

That is interesting. I am running Windows 11 Pro on a Dell Inspiron 5770. I wonder if it may be an issue with certain Dell computers.
nope I have a Toshiba and I am also unable to install with the same exact error message

I have a Lenovo and there is the same error message.

Try it once. download it externally as iso file and install it.

@Chetan5

I've tried that. It's not successful either.

hi
My Windows 11 thinks it update on 2023-03-12! and don't get any update. its in update history.

In my case it seems the issue is because I have dual boot system, and the EPS partition which was about 100 MB was not sufficient for both Windows, Linux and Firmware update, so I have increased to 1000 MB.
