Title bar colors (explorer)

Hello

How to have the color chosen in the "theme" of Widows (Settings) with W11 22621 for the title bar and explorer with tabs (active and inactive) ?
I have the color blue (the one by default), but the color seems to be "mica" if I'm not mistaken

As well as for the new Notepad with tabs
