Taskbar Thumbnail Preview not showing title in Windows 11

Restarting Windows Explorer or restarting my computer doesn't work for me.

My Windows spectifications:

Edition Windows 11 Home
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎22-‎Oct-‎21
OS build 22000.348
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.348.0

*Edit: Problem have been fixed after I installed StartAllBack and then disable it.

Check with registry, if you've correct value for ExtendedUIHoverTime registry DWORD at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.

Make sure it exists with Value data 100 on Decimal base.
