Start Menu does not work with multiple monitors

If I click the start menu on any screen other than my primary one the start menu will not open and it will not open on my primary screen until I force quit explorer and restart it. This makes it very difficult to use Windows 11.

Yeah I noticed this too. I don't see how this bug made through QA.
